Ingredients
1 spray olive oil
1 medium onion thinkly sliced
1 pound raw lean flank steak, cut into 8 thin strips
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
4 rolls, reduced calorie hot dog buns
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
**I also added sliced mushrooms & peppers
**I didn't use the worcestershire sauce, instead I used A1 steak sauce.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, set pan over medium heat. When pan is hot added onions and saute until teneder and golden brown, about 10minutes, remove from pan & set aside
Add steak to skillet and suate until browned and cooked through, about 1-2minutes per side. Add worcestershire sauce, cook until liquid is absorbed
Divide steak evenly between buns and top with onion and cheese. Wrap in foil transfer to oven to bake until cheese is melted. About 5-7minutes.
