Well I survived week 1 Beta phase! This phase is NO JOKE. Alpha phase gets your primed for Beta, take those workouts seriously.
I REALLY like the Beta Phase--it's quick and is focusing on what we learned in Alpha. I'm looking forward to working with weights a little more.
My arms/shoulders are a little sore from Upper Focus, but sore's good!
Measurements this week didn't move much, a 1/4 inch in the arm and thigh--weight stayed the same.
Hoping to get the scale moving down, but a maintains ok for the past 3 weeks!
