T25 Alpha Phase is Done!!

Sorry I haven't been back to update on my progress with T25. From the looks of it,it doesn't look like anyone stops by here.

Hopefully I can find a balance with keeping this blog up to date along with all my other responsibilities. I keep reminding  myself that December 2015 will be here before I know it. (that's when I'm done with school).

So I'm sure you want to hear my thoughts on T25 Alpha and see my results?! Goodness this is about to get a little awkward.

So I started T25 on January 6th--first day was Cardio, I thought I was going to DIE. Die I tell you, I thought I was in good shape--um no, not when Shaun T tells you to Focus! The first week was brutal, I could barely walk---finally week 2 started and I could walk again!!! Yay!

The 2nd week things got better, I felt better as I've done the exercises before and knew what was coming (well kind of). I started to have a favorite work out---I can tell you it wasn't Total Body Circuit!

Week 3 was when I was traveling for work--guess what?! I brought my portable DVD player along and did a workout in my hotel room--this is when I knew I was 100% committed to T25.

Week 4 wasn't my best week of workouts---I don't know if it was because I was getting annoyed with Total Body Circuit or the workouts---but I kept going and did the best that I could.

Week 5, I skipped 2 workouts this week. One was Ab intervals and I think this workout needed to be done more often than 3 times though out the 4 weeks. I skipped the 2nd workout on double day (which is Friday, that I've been doing Saturday mornings). Why you ask? I needed a break and Total Body wasn't something I wanted to touch again! lol

So results are:
Weight - 1.2 lbs

Chest - 3.5 inches
Waist - 1.5 inches
Arms - 1.25 inches
Thigh - 1 inch

I'm really looking forward to moving on to the Beta portion of T25. When I'm done with Beta, I will post pictures of week 5 to week 10. Looking forward to seeing the differences.

Once I'm done with Beta, Ill recycle work outs from Weeks 1-5 and weeks 6-10. That way I can keep up on my progress and tone up even more!

Stay tuned!
