I'm not one to count down the hours/minutes until Monday morning, but I'm finding myself doing it. I'm really excited tomorrow is kick off day for my T25 work outs!
I have my list hanging on the wall showing me what work outs to do on what days. I'm still debating on working out in the morning (4:45 a.m.) or after work, I find that I have a better work out after work vs. first thing in the morning. I may try nights this week and maybe mornings next week?
To the left is my food for the day. I feel pretty good about having healthy options to make sure I'm staying on track.
Breakfast: Crock pot Apple Oatmeal and banana
Snacks: Sugar snap peas, mini sweet peppers & grape tomatoes with a 100 cal pac of spicy guacamole, 1/2 cup cottage cheese (may save for dinner) and a 80 cal Light & Fit Dannon greek yogurt.
Lunch: Bagelthin with 4 slices turkey, spinach, tomatoes and a wedge of laughing cow cheese. 8 oz baked sweet potato with butter buds and garlic sprinkled on
Dinner (not pictured) will be 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 cups spinach and a 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
