Week 1 of T25 complete

Hello! As you can see I survived week one of T25.

I said to my husband that I don't think I've ever been this sore from the boot camps and zumba classes I've done, and this is ALL without equipment.

Day 1:
Monday-Cardio work out---um yes I partially nailed it. Meaning I did about 80% of what Shaun T was doing then did some modifications.
Calories burned: 346

Day 2:
Tuesday-Speed 1.0 work out---barely nailed it. Hot diggity, this was tough but felt great at the time.
Calories burned: 346

Day 3:
Wednesday- Total Body Circuit--barely nailed it and this is was my least favorite workout by far. My shoulder was acting up with the planks/push ups etc. I needed to do modifications and I'm ok with that.
Calories burned: 321

Day 4:
Thursday-Ab Intervals-ouch my abs are cringing as I type this. Awesome work out though!
Calories burned: 266

Day 5:
Friday- Lower Focus--this is suppose to be the double work out days, but I'm selfish with my time and an hour isn't what I had available to work out. My legs were on FIRE!
Calories Burned: 295

Day 6:
STATurday-suppose to be a day of stats, but I did the Cardio workout I didn't get in Friday night! Proud to say I felt great after getting it done.
Calories Burned: 340

Day 7:
Sunday-Stretch work out. I was going to skip this and do it tomorrow but my great friends said just do it! I'm glad I did--felt great to give my body some attention on stretching and focusing on my body strength

By now you're probably sick of me talking about T25, but stick with me. (thanks)

After a week of tracking/weighing every single morsel of food and working out 6 days, I'm down .6 lbs and a 1/2 inch in the chest and waist. That may not seem like much to you, but to me it's a start.

My goal is to weigh less than my husband and feel GOOD about myself. I'd like this to happen by December 2015. This is the month/year I graduate from College!

Whose with me? Do you have your goal?
