Wow it's been a long time since I've blogged. Well i'm sure many people have that one new years resolution to get healthy right?!

Who am I kidding, it's always been my resolution regardless of the year. The past 2 years I've been struggling with my weight. I've been playing with the same 5 lbs over and over again. One week I'm down 3 lbs, the next up I'm up 7 lbs. It doesn't stop--well it will this time!

I've committed to myself and my husband that this is the year of NO more EXCUSES and I will lose weight and get healthier! My husband loves me for me and supports me no matter what. This is something I need to do for myself. 3 years ago I went to Jamaica and I was 30.6 pounds lighter than I am now....Really? What the heck......so here it goes.

I'm starting T25 on January 5th with the first work out being stretching since it is Sunday after all. Once I complete week 1, Ill update you all with stats on weight loss and and possibly measurements, not sure if ill see a difference.

When I'm finished with the first phase (Alpha) ill be posting my before and after pictures with measurements. Stay tuned, it's about to get a little awkward in here!
